Simple Whole Grilled Beef Tenderloin

This is a simple video recipe for a whole grilled beef tenderloin. We begin with a  5 pound whole beef tenderloin and a simple marinade. The marinade brings out the great flavors that are already in this "king-cut" of steaks.

Here is the recipe (for the video see below):

-5 pound whole beef tenderloin

-vegetable oil (or olive oil)

-garlic

-balsamic vinegar

-red wine

-sea salt

-fresh rosemary

First, we marinade the beef tenderloin for 8 hours. Then we throw the meat on the grill to sear in the flavor. Finally, we finish it off in the oven. Finishing it in the oven is a sort of "secret method" for keeping the tenderloin nice and juicy. A thermometer will help you cook the tenderloin perfectly! This recipe also goes great with a basic horseradish sauce which is also in the video, enjoy!
